Product inspection in China is an independent quality check of your goods before shipment, performed either at OptMaster's own Guangzhou warehouse or on-site at the supplier's factory, with a full photo and video report. If goods don't match the agreed price, quality or specs, we notify you immediately and arrange a return or replacement before final payment.
Optmaster carries out inspection either at our own warehouse in Guangzhou or with a visit to the supplier's facility, and provides a detailed photo and video report. Located in Guangzhou, our warehouse serves as a consolidation point where we receive, inspect and prepare shipments — checking for defects, confirming order accuracy and securely packaging goods before dispatch.
