China Sourcing Agent: Find and Verify Your Supplier

Supplier sourcing in China means we find the manufacturer for your product and prove it is a manufacturer: we check the business licence and its registered scope, confirm production is in-house rather than resold, negotiate price and volume terms in Chinese, and come back with a quote in 2–3 working days. We work from a base of 1,400+ vetted suppliers and, when nothing there fits, go looking on the ground.

The service works on its own or as the first step of a full order. Below: what the check actually covers, what it costs, and how this differs from a sourcing agent who never touches your goods.

Supplier base
1,400+ vetted manufacturers and wholesalers
Turnaround
2–3 working days for a quote, with several suppliers compared
Five SKUs
$100 — a refundable deposit, credited against your order when you proceed
On the ground
our own staff in Guangzhou visit the factory when the order justifies it
What you get
supplier details, price at your volume, lead time, and photos of the product or samples
One SKU
$25 — a service fee, not a deposit: it is not refunded and not credited against the order

How sourcing
runs

You send the product: a link, a photo, a drawing or a specification, plus the volume you need.

We search our base of 1,400+ suppliers, and the Chinese market beyond it.

We check each candidate: business licence, scope of activity, whether they manufacture, and export experience.

We negotiate in Chinese — price at your volume, lead time, packaging and terms.

We come back in 2–3 working days with several options, a price comparison and photos.

You choose; we move on to purchase, inspection and shipping, or hand you the supplier details.

Why “verified” on a platform is not a check

Most US buyers arrive having already picked a supplier on Alibaba and wanting a second opinion. Usually the badge they trusted does not mean what they assumed.

“Gold Supplier” looks like vetting
It is a paid membership tier. We read the business licence instead — it says who owns the company and what it is allowed to do.
The listing says “factory”, and so do the photos
Photos are cheap. We check the registered scope of activity, and where it matters, our staff in Guangzhou go and look.
The quoted price is “special for you”
We negotiate in Chinese at your actual volume, and show you what several suppliers quoted for the same specification.
The supplier has no export paperwork
We check export history up front, because a factory that has only sold domestically will stall at the first customs document.

What makes this different from a sourcing agency

The niche is crowded, and every agency promises to find and ship. Three things are ours specifically, and together they are the reason a defect surfaces in Guangzhou rather than in your warehouse.

  • Your goods pass through our hands We run our own 2,000 m² warehouse in Guangzhou. The goods are physically received, counted and checked by our staff — not forwarded sight-unseen by a middleman.
  • We pay factories in RMB from our own accounts The money moves between two Chinese companies, which is the arrangement suppliers take most seriously — and it removes the transfer fees and FX spread of an international payment.
  • Inspection sits inside the chain Quality control is not a separate company you hire afterwards. It happens between purchase and shipment, while the supplier is still one city away and a replacement costs a phone call.

FAQ

How much does supplier sourcing cost?+

For a single SKU it is $25. That is a service fee: it pays for the work, and it is not refunded or credited against a later order. For five SKUs it is $100, and that one is a deposit — it comes back to you as credit against your order when you go ahead.

How long does it take?+

Two to three working days for a quote. In that time we work through several suppliers rather than sending you the first one that answers, so you can compare prices for the same specification.

Can you check a supplier I already found on Alibaba?+

Yes, and it is one of the most common requests. We check the business licence and registered scope, establish whether they manufacture or resell, and compare the price they quoted you against what the same goods cost at your volume. It is common for the answer to change the order.

Do you visit factories in person?+

Yes, when the order justifies it. We have our own staff in Guangzhou, so a factory visit does not mean flying an inspector in from another country. A full inspection with a report is priced as a separate service — see product inspection in China.

What do I actually receive?+

Supplier details, the price at your volume, lead time, packaging terms, and photos of the product or samples. If you want to work with the supplier directly afterwards, that is your call — although most clients keep the purchase with us, because paying in RMB from a Chinese account is exactly the part that is hard to reproduce from the United States.

We work with orders from $2,000
