Import from China to the USA — We Find It, Buy It, Check It, Ship It

There is no single rate, and any page quoting one is guessing. Your rate is the normal HTS duty for your product plus whichever additional layers apply to it — the Section 301 lists, the forced-labour Section 301 duty introduced in July 2026, and Section 232 where the goods contain steel, aluminium or copper. We classify your goods and put the resulting amount in your quote before you order.

Yes. We work on DDP terms as standard: we file the entry, settle duties and CBP fees, and you receive the goods at your address with the full document set for your accounting. If you have your own customs broker and prefer to clear the goods yourself, we deliver to the port or airport and hand over the paperwork.

We handle shipments from 30 kg. Smaller orders rarely make economic sense: the fixed costs of handling and the customs entry outweigh what you saved on the goods — and since the de minimis exemption ended, every shipment needs a full entry however small it is.

Three tariffs: 3% (minimum $30) when you already have an invoice from the supplier; 5% (minimum $50) when we buy from your link and negotiate with the factory; 10% (minimum $200) for the full service with sourcing, inspection and a report. Freight and duties are quoted separately. There is no hard minimum order, but below roughly $1,000 the minimum commission on the full tariff eats most of the benefit.

Yes — it is daily work for our team. 1688 in particular is a domestic Chinese marketplace: prices are lower than on Alibaba, but sellers expect a Chinese account, a Chinese phone number and communication in Chinese, and foreign cards are not accepted. We buy on your behalf from our own Chinese accounts, receive the orders at our Guangzhou warehouse, combine them into one shipment and carry it to the United States.

We check the company’s registration data in the Chinese registers, read the business licence and its registered scope of activity, and establish whether they manufacture or simply resell someone else’s production. We compare quotes from several manufacturers of the same product and talk to the factory in Chinese. A new supplier is checked before the first payment, not after it — and a platform badge such as “Gold Supplier” is a paid membership tier, not a check.

Yes. Every client has a dedicated manager who reports status at each stage: goods received at the warehouse, inspection report, loading, freight, customs entry and delivery.

We operate through registered entities in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, alongside the Ukrainian side of the business, and the contract format is arranged to suit you. For a US buyer that normally means signing with the Hong Kong company. Tell us your preferred format and we will confirm what is possible before any money moves.
