What delivery methods do you offer?
We deliver cargo from China by sea, air and road to such destinations as China-Ukraine, China-Europe, China-USA, as well as the CIS countries, except Russia and Belarus.
How long does delivery take?
- Sea delivery to Ukraine: 60-80 days
- Air delivery to Ukraine: 15-25 days
- Auto delivery to Kazakhstan: 10-15 days
The exact time depends on the chosen destination and type of transport.
How is the delivery cost calculated?
The price is calculated individually based on the weight, volume and value of the goods. The price is fixed upon arrival of the goods at our warehouse in Guangzhou and does not change if the data provided is correct.
What is the minimum weight or volume for shipment?
The minimum volume or weight depends on the delivery method and the characteristics of your cargo, but in most cases we work with shipments of 30 kg or more. For an accurate calculation, we recommend that you contact your manager.
Can I track the delivery status?
Yes, you get access to cargo tracking at all stages: from redemption and acceptance at the warehouse to arrival and delivery to the address. Each client is assigned a personal manager who provides up-to-date information.
